Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, including sales, promotions, or product launches. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • International shipping (if applicable): 10 to 20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and order size.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Aqua Blasters is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, incorrect address information, or external factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Aqua Blasters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Postal service disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Local carrier delays

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aqua Blasters is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

In such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
